It was through all my time, i.e. till 1913, used for Church purposes. We had alternate Sunday Evensongs there in the winter as the Church is so remote, and every day it was in use. I heard to my disquiet that during the 1913-18 war it was handed over to the YWCA but don’t think it was ever a legal transaction.
